Professional Shed Removal
That old shed isn't adding value—it's just taking up space and becoming an eyesore. Whether it's a rotting wooden storage shed, rusted metal tool shed, vinyl garden shed that's falling apart, or a storm-damaged lean-to, Junk Master provides complete shed demolition and removal services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Complete shed tear-down service includes: Dismantling the structure piece by piece, removing the foundation or concrete slab (if needed), hauling away all lumber, metal panels, roofing materials, and hardware, and leaving your yard clean and level. We handle sheds with electrical wiring, remove attached ramps or decking, and clear out anything stored inside.
At Junk Master we recognize that demolition work can be expensive. We strive to make it affordable for everyone by offering a service at all price points. We also offer our Front-Line Discount as well as more affordable dumpster rental options for DIYers. Our minimum price for shed removal is just $300 and up depending on how complex the demolition is. Keep in mind prices may increase depending on a variety of factors listed in the question below, but we try to keep costs reasonable for the work involved.
Accessibility Issues – If the shed is in difficult-to-reach areas, additional time or labor may be required.
Heavy or Bulky Items – Some sheds are constructed with large supports and crossbeams, and other oversized items that may require special equipment or extra manpower.
Distance to Disposal Site – If the landfill or recycling center is far away, travel time and fuel costs may be added.
Urgency or Same-Day Service – Rush jobs or emergency cleanouts may come with a premium price.
Infestation or Mold Issues – Sheds contaminated with rodents, urine and feces, pests, mold, or other health hazards will require additional safety precautions.
Multiple Trips – If the amount of shed exceeds the truck’s capacity, requiring multiple hauls, it can increase costs.
Good question, dumpsters are rated based on cubic yard (3 feet long x 3 feet wide x 3 feet high) capacity. Our smallest dumpster is 15 cubic yards for reference. We offer bulk discounts if you underestimate your needs and require a dump and redeliver. If you aren't comfortable estimating, let us complete the junk removal quote and we'll take care of everything for you.
You can easily go about renting a dumpster with us either through our online booking system HERE or by giving us a call (866) 738-3311. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the process and help you select the right dumpster for your needs.

Due to insurance requirements, we have a very strict safety policy against moving, pushing, lifting, pulling or altering the state of the dumpster after it is placed for any reason. Violators will be charged a $250 fine. If you need to have your dumpster(s) moved, please call us at 866-738-3311.
Tipping junk removal workers is a good way to show appreciation for their hard work, especially if the service was good or the job was particularly challenging. Tips are definitely not mandatory, but they are welcomed and can be a nice gesture, especially if the crew went above and beyond. Also consider leaving a Google review and referring friends and family.
