Complete hot tub removal service includes: Disconnecting electrical wiring (GFCI breakers, 220V lines), draining remaining water, breaking down the shell and cabinet, removing the cover and steps, hauling away the pump, heater, and filter equipment, and clearing the concrete pad or deck area. At Junk Master we recognize that junk removal is viewed as a luxury service. We strive to make it affordable for everyone by offering a service at all price points. We also offer our Front-Line Discount as well as more affordable dumpster rental options. Our minimum price for spa removal is just $300. Keep in mind prices may increase depending on a variety of factors listed in the question below, but we try to keep costs reasonable for the work involved.

Accessibility Issues – If the spa is in a difficult-to-reach areas (e.g., 2nd or 3rd floor, basement, backyard, additional time or labor may be required.
Heavy or Bulky Items – hot tubs, and other oversized items will require special equipment or extra manpower.
Hazardous Materials – Items like spa chemicals, and other pool related items require special disposal methods and may increase costs.
Distance to Disposal Site – If the landfill or recycling center is far away, travel time and fuel costs may be added.
Urgency or Same-Day Service – Rush jobs or emergency cleanouts may come with a premium price.
Infestation or Mold Issues – Spas contaminated with rodents, urine and feces, pests, mold, or other health hazards will require additional safety precautions.
Multiple Trips – If the amount of junk exceeds the truck’s capacity, requiring multiple hauls, it can increase costs.

All forms of payment are made electronically, and we accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay. We unfortunately do not take checks.
Due to insurance requirements, we have a very strict safety policy against moving, pushing, lifting, pulling or altering the state of the dumpster after it is placed for any reason. Violators will be charged a $250 fine. If you need to have your dumpster(s) moved, please call us at 866-738-3311.
Tipping junk removal workers is a good way to show appreciation for their hard work, especially if the service was good or the job was particularly challenging. Tips are definitely not mandatory, but they are welcomed and can be a nice gesture, especially if the crew went above and beyond.
